We Offer a 3-Day Refund/Exchange/Return on All Products!

If you need a refund or exchange, please request it within 3 days of delivery and notify us once you've received your product. For assistance, kindly email at customercarenixova@gmail.com. Please note that cancellations must be informed within 24 hours of placing the order.

Reverse Pickup Guidelines:

• The product must be in its original packaging with the invoice/ bill included.
• We aim to arrange reverse pickups within 1-2 days. Please ensure the pickup happens in one go. If canceled from your end, you will need to courier the product back or pay a re-arrangement fee.
• Only return the products for which you’ve raised a return/exchange request. Any additional items will be sent back to you.

Refund Details:

• Refunds will be processed within 48-72 hours after the quality check at our warehouse.
• Refunds will be transferred through bank account details.
• For COD orders, the refund will be processed after deducting COD charges.

Exchange/Replacement Process:

• Please email us with your order details and a picture of the received product along with the bill. The replacement will be dispatched within 3-5 working days after the reverse pickup.
• Products purchased during promotional offers like Buy 1 Get 1 or Sale are not eligible for exchange or replacement.
• We provide assistance from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Important Notes:

• Products purchased with store credits or that are themselves replacements are not eligible for exchange or replacement.
• If you have placed an incorrect order, you are responsible for returning the product to our warehouse or paying a shipping fee of ₹99 for redelivery of the correct product.
• We recommend recording a video while unboxing your product to help resolve any issues promptly.
• In case of damaged/defective items, we will dispatch a new product within 24 hours to ensure your satisfaction.
• We cannot modify or cancel your order once it is in transit. However, exchanges are allowed within 3 days of delivery.

No Refund Eligibility in the Following Cases:

• Self-placed wrong orders (e.g., ordered the wrong model or product).
• Purchases under Buy 1 Get 1 offers or Sale promotions.
• Damaged/Defective/Missing Items: We will promptly ship a new product but do not offer refunds in such instances.
• Products priced at ₹599 or below are not eligible for return, exchange, or replacement.
• Returns are not accepted if the product doesn’t match the advertisement, as we strive to represent our products as accurately as possible.
